Pure Beige

Vanilla icecream, white rice, unflavoured tofu and beige thoughts
Long stretches of nothingness
Covered in lazy, hiding in sleep
Close friendships with the useless inanimates

Waiting on something, dying for anything
Surrounded by the mind numbing beige
Searching, Begging
Intervene
Infuse color
Free us from this dreary, tasteless landscape of pure beige

Throw a party...invite friends over....have a poetry reading. This is good stuff that can be disected and discussed. I always enjoy reading good poetry.
