Feeling it for Marion
What a sad period for such a legend. Marion Jones pleaded guilty to lying to investigators about using performance-enhancing drugs. I can only imagine how hard this is for Marion, her family and her many, many fans. Marion is retiring from her career because of her dishonesty and may have to give up her 3 Olympic gold medals.
Marion, this too shall pass. Thank you for being honest. Stay strong.

Yawn. What else is new? Who's surprised? Cheaters never prosper. Can't say that I feel her pain.
Just say no!
Jamaica should be getting some medals soon. Go JA!
Ouch!!
It took too long for it to come to the open. Sweet girl but thats what she has to pay for the crime.
What takes place in the dark always comes to light! As Tessa said, cheaters never prosper! She was a walking...oops running pharmacist! They know know that there will always be ramifications for their dishonest actions. I hope Asafa, Veronica, Sherona and all the other Jamaican athletes take heed and stay miles away from performance enhancement drugs.
1 down, Tyson Gay to go ...
I agree she could have come forward earlier. She took medals that should have rightfully gone to other persons. She messed up royally. Who hasn't? She should retire, she should feel shame, she should give up her medals. She's doing all of that. And, I still feel her pain.
I just want our medals.
Any word on our medals?
