Surprisingly Poor Track Record for Clarence Thomas

I was stunned to read about Supreme Court Justice, Clarence Thomas' performance over the past 2 years.

According to Time magazine, Thomas has NEVER asked a question during any of the court's oral arguments over the past two years. To put this in context, there have been 144 cases brought before the court since Thomas last commented on February 22, 2006, during a death-penalty case.

That is just ridiculous.

Are you still in shock? Or can we get some new entries?

I'm actually not surprised. In fact, I remember when he was nominated and whom nominated him. 'Tom' is definitely no Thurgood.
